Shipping options
DPD
The delivery time for DPD is 3–4 working days in Germany. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday. Once the goods have been handed over to DPD, you will receive a link for tracking your shipment, which you can also use to specify delivery options (delivery date, storage location, etc.).
Delivery time to other European countries: 3–5 working days
Forwarding agency
The delivery time of the forwarding agency is 3 - 5 working days in Germany. When shipping by a forwarding agent, please provide us with a delivery address where the package, including pallet, can be delivered at any time on working days. It is also important that you provide a telephone number so that the shipping company can coordinate the exact delivery date with you. The forwarding agent makes a one-off delivery. If the goods cannot be delivered on the first attempt, they will be returned to us. A repeat delivery will incur additional costs.
