It usually takes us one working day to process your order internally.
Shipping options
UPS
The delivery time from UPS in Germany is 1 - 3 working days. However, delivery is usually made on the next working day. UPS only delivers from Monday to Friday. You will receive a link to track your shipment once the goods have been handed over to UPS.
Forwarding agency
The delivery time of the forwarding agency is 3 - 5 working days in Germany. When shipping by a forwarding agent, please provide us with a delivery address where the package, including pallet, can be delivered at any time on working days. It is also important that you provide a telephone number so that the shipping company can coordinate the exact delivery date with you. The forwarding agent makes a one-off delivery. If the goods cannot be delivered on the first attempt, they will be returned to us. A repeat delivery will incur additional costs.
