A roof box? Not an option!
Every kilometre counts, especially with electric cars. A conventional roof box increases air resistance significantly and reduces efficiency considerably. The solution? A rear box for the towbar!
Our BackBox – the ideal luggage box for electric vehicles – is simply mounted on the towbar. This means it ‘floats’ aerodynamically at the rear and has hardly any effect on drag. Perfect for Tesla drivers, as shown here with the Model X with gullwing doors, where roof mounting would be difficult anyway.
